Amazon Ad Network?

The speculation/news surrounding an Amazon ad network is pretty interesting. I would definitely like to see what Amazon does in this space, and particularly what support they might lend to the developer community. I’d guess that a bunch of people will be watching to see what Amazon does here.

Healthcare IT News: “More than 5,200 Microsoft employees and about 100 doctors from Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle have teamed up to launch a pilot project that will reimburse physicians for providing non-emergency healthcare online. RSS versus e-mail

A VC: “And as much as I’d like to see RSS replace email, it’s just not going to happen overnight.  RSS has to become brain dead simple to use.”
I actually think that RSS is already as simple to use as e-mail. What am I missing?
