I'm shocked that I agree with Cory here. It is very likely that there is no real trademark here for O'Reilly- certainly not within the spirit of what trademarks were intended for. O'Reilly is such a good communicator for these types of ideas that they end up transcending any conference or media specific branding. I'll be interested to hear from Tim when he returns from vacation.
