A heavy weekend of physical activity coupled with moderate food intake during a prolonged period of stable weight equals more weight loss.

Yes- the weight loss has been almost non-existent for a while, but I’ve been trying to stay flat and get my metabolism to readjust. I’m still feeling good, just need to crank up the exercise and work hard to optimize the food intake over the next month or two to drive the next round of steady conversion of fat to muscle mass and loss of excess weight. Wish me luck. :)

Service Station- BizTalk 2006 Web Services

Aaron Skonnard, MSDN Magazine: “BizTalk Server 2006 comes with a variety of adapters that support a wide range of transports and protocols, including several designed specifically for SOAP and WS-*. The fact that BizTalk supports numerous communication mechanisms in addition to SOAP and WS-* is one of its most compelling characteristics. This makes BizTalk a central figure in systems that must straddle legacy applications and newer service-oriented investments.”

Slow progress, but working hard and steady. May go “off program” for a couple of weeks (nutrition only) to allow the metabolism to readjust and establish a new baseline. We’ll see. For now, more book work to do.

It has been about 10 days since I posted. I’ve been flat for the past few weeks, only down a net of 1.33 pounds per week. However, I’ve been ramping up my exercise and hope I can break through the plateau soon.
