Yes- the weight loss has been almost non-existent for a while, but I’ve been trying to stay flat and get my metabolism to readjust. I’m still feeling good, just need to crank up the exercise and work hard to optimize the food intake over the next month or two to drive the next round of steady conversion of fat to muscle mass and loss of excess weight. Hey man - keep at it. I know the plateaus are hard but you’ll break through soon. I’m just about at the same weight/stage you are and battling to get it lower.
