Goodbye metabloggers and internet blowhards

Posted by: Randy Holloway on: October 8, 2007

I’m bored with old school metabloggers. Bored to the point where I’m deleting your feeds and hope to never read, see or hear anything about your blog again.

I don’t care if you think you invented blogging 10 years ago (when in fact Justin Hall really did in 1995), or if you hate President Bush, or if you think Google is going to provide the cure for cancer or think you’re going to get rich by buying Apple stock at nearly $170 a share. I am no longer reading your blog because your self-importance and insipid commentary are more than I can bear. Please give up trying to impact politics, the environment and the technology industry. And no, you don’t get a free v2 Zune. You’re just not important enough. You have no impact on any of these things and frankly you’re just a waste of bandwidth.

Please go away. Thanks.

UMMMM WHAT’S YOUR PROBLEM?

No problem at all- just tired of the whining and complaining from traditional bloggers that only blog about themselves and how much they’ve done for blogging. It is lame and I’m done with it.
